I need your input. I'm trying to build something genuinely useful for you, and guessing is the fastest way to miss.

I'm mapping out the next round of training and tools for people who want to use AI to build real freedom in their life and business. Different people are at very different stages.

Some are still at "where the heck do I even start with AI?" Some are running Claude or ChatGPT already and want to turn it into a real coworker. Some are ready for the bigger move: an AI chief of staff that remembers context, uses tools, and helps run parts of your life and business 24/7.

There's another lane I'm seriously considering. Teaching people how to build a hybrid local AI computer. A machine you own, running private uncensored open-weight models locally, while still tapping frontier models when they're worth it.

Different starting points, very different builds.
