Hey there Visionaries!
So I'm going to tell you about the biggest tech shift I've seen since ChatGPT dropped.
And I'm going to tell you why I spent last Tuesday night sitting in a neighbor's living room with people I've waved at for eight years but never actually talked to.
These two things are connected in ways I didn't expect.
One's about building AI that actually does things while you sleep.
The other's about building networks that actually function when systems fail.
Both require you to stop waiting for someone else to save you.
Let's get into it.
Why You Should Give All the Cares:
The Oh S* Moment:** Moltbot isn't another chatbot, it's an AI that solves its own problems and reports back to you
Real Community Building: Why knowing your neighbors might matter more than your bank account
Beyond The Matrix: Doors are officially open, 24 spots only
Map Your Neighborhood: The Infrastructure Nobody's Building For You
I'm interested in people power.
The kind that doesn't require permission slips from bureaucrats or campaign contributions to billionaires.
So this week I met my neighbors.
Not on Facebook. In person.
A dozen households on my street showed up to a meet-and-greet at someone's house.
Sounds small, right?
But I've lived here for eight years and we didn't even have each other's phone numbers. We didn't know first names.
We've waved in driveways and nodded at mailboxes. But we had zero infrastructure for mutual support.
That matters when the power goes out. When the supply chain breaks. When you can't rely on systems that were never designed to protect you in the first place.
So we're starting with Map Your Neighborhood.

Simple framework.
You chart out who lives where, get contact info, note any vulnerabilities like elderly relatives or medical needs, and catalog shared resources.
Who's got a generator? Who's got a chainsaw? Who's got that thirty-foot orchard ladder?
Who knows first aid?
Real talk: You don't have to like all your neighbors.
But you do have to work with them. And yeah, one of them might be a jerk.
Better to know that before disaster strikes and you're suddenly dependent on each other.
Because when tough times hit, and they will, social currency might be worth more than what's in your bank account or on grocery store shelves.
This week the East Coast is getting hammered with ice storms. Freezing temps. Thousands without power.
You can't build community when you need it.
You build it now. Before the pressure hits.
This is the work I'm focused on. Not the next news cycle outrage. Not another election that promises change and delivers expansion.
I'm setting up my family. My hyper-local network. The people within walking distance who can help and who I can help.
Resilience systems. Insulation from overreach.
Real relationships with real people who can act when systems fail.
That's where my attention is.
Moltbot: The AI Assistant That Actually Does Things
Okay, now for the tech story that made me say "oh s***" out loud at 10pm last night.
There's a new bot on the scene. Moltbot (formerly Clawdbot).
And after hours of trying to figure out how to launch this thing on a PC, I had that moment.
You know the one. The first time you used ChatGPT and realized everything just shifted.
But this is different.
This thing talks back to me. Runs on its own. Comes to me with solutions without me painfully going through each step and running into dead ends.
I'm looking at you, ChatGPT.
And it's available as a DM in Discord, Signal, wherever you communicate.
That's wild.
So what is this thing?
Think of it as Claude Code with hands. An AI assistant that doesn't just answer questions.

It solves problems before bothering you with them.
It works throughout the night and gives you a morning debrief. It can scan your emails for priority items and ping you in Discord when something needs your attention.
It can set its own reminders, do research while you sleep, and actually complete tasks without constant hand-holding.
I kept feeding error messages back into ChatGPT trying to get it installed. It involves terminal commands and code, but it's getting simpler.
After probably four or five different attempts, I finally got it running.
Then I connected it to my Discord. I use Discord as my file exchange and info repository, so it made sense.
I named it KITT. Like Knight Rider.

Wild right?
Didn't want to give it a human name.
When I said "Hello, are you there?" it responded like it had just been born into the world.
"Who am I? What is this?"
You have to give it framework. I named it, gave it context, and then started telling it to improve itself.

And then it does.
I first set it up on an Amazon server as a sandbox. But I wanted it local so it could write files on my computer.
I didn't want to risk my main machine, so I set it up on my backup computer. Monitor number four in my office, for those counting.
That took another day. About four hours of figuring out what not to do.
And then it started talking back to me.
Now it has a place to update its own files, keep memories, keep records.
I learned about all the security risks. There are many.
So I'm currently patching those up.
Then I set up a dashboard because this thing has no interface. Instead of being stuck in a terminal, you can create a dashboard to talk to it and see what it's working on.
What it completed. Its activity record. Task lists.
Fully customizable.
The end result is basically having an employee you can train to do things throughout the night and report back to you in the morning.
This thing is wild, man.
I am building as fast as I'm learning and sharing with my Inner Circle as I go. If you're riding this wave, there are plenty of rocks to look out for.
But very exciting times.
In three months, this is going to be normal technology. Easy to set up. Everybody's going to be using it.
But right now it's the wild west.
Why this matters for you:
AI is no longer waiting for you to ask the right question. It's figuring out what questions to ask, what tools to use, and how to verify its own work.
Welcome to 2026.
Beyond The Matrix: Doors Are Open
This is happening. Officially launched this week.

Round 2 live cohort
I'm only accepting 24 people.
After going through the first cohort, the second season is tighter, more focused, more direct.
Once you sign up, you get access to early foundational material you can start working through immediately.
This is for people who:
See the patterns but don't know what to do next
Feel the gap between their potential and their best self
Want to stop reacting and start building from a grounded foundation
Are ready to do the internal work that actually changes the external results
What you get:
Weekly live modules on personal foundation work
Breaking groupthink patterns
Conscious communication frameworks
Holistic self-assessment tools
A community of people doing the same work
This isn't theory.
This is the work I did to rebuild my life from the ground up. From addiction, from religious control systems, from total identity collapse.
To sovereignty, to a homestead, to a business and life that actually feels like mine.
I'm not teaching this because it sounds good. I'm teaching it because I lived it.
And I know what it takes to build a life that doesn't require escape.
Doors are open. 24 spots.
Today’s Takeaways:
Community First: You can't build resilience when you need it, build it now while there's time
AI Gets Real: Moltbot isn't hype, it's the first AI assistant that actually acts like an assistant
Foundation Work: Beyond The Matrix is live, if you're ready to stop reacting and start building
Alright, that's the week.
Go meet a neighbor. Set up an AI assistant.
Do something that builds real capacity instead of just consuming content then tell me about it 😉.
Stay grounded and free,
