Brotherhood and Resilience

As I have mentioned, I just got back from an epic men's retreat with Sacred Sons.

Holding onto the person I became through that experience is my daily mission as I navigate through this turbulence.

And guess what? I’m bringing it back home.

I'm organizing a 24-hour men's retreat in my local area for some close friends, mainly dads.

It's happening in a few weeks from Friday 6 PM to Saturday 6 PM, filled with breathwork, hot and cold therapy, fire, and brotherhood.
