Off to MANifest: when men's work meets mindset breakthroughs

ai called me out on my own bs

Hey Visionary Navigator!

Van's packed, bags are ready, and I'm about to hit the road to the WA peninsula for a men's workshop called MANifest this weekend.

Two years back, I had zero idea there was this massive hole in my life around connecting with other dudes in a real way.

Not the usual BS about sports scores or complaining about work, but actually getting vulnerable, being challenged, finding your edge and doing the real inner work together.

Turns out there was this void I kept face-planting into, and I didn't even know it was there.

Why You Should Give All the Cares:

  • Men's Work Revolution: How connecting with other dudes can fill gaps you didn't know existed

  • Beyond The Matrix Launch: My new program is live and ready to blow your mind

  • Pattern Breaking: Spotting the self-sabotage cycles that keep us stuck

The Missing Piece I Didn't Know I Needed

Look, most of us dudes grow up thinking we gotta figure everything out by ourselves.

Be the strong silent type. Don't show weakness. Handle your crap quietly.

But damn, I was so wrong about that approach.

Since jumping into Sacred Sons 2 years ago and building real connections with the guys in my local crew, I've filled this energy drain that was quietly sabotaging me for years.

There's something seriously powerful about being seen by other men when you're being real about your struggles, your fears, your growth.

This isn't therapy. This isn't some weird group hug situation.

It's raw, honest connection that makes you a better man, father, and partner.

If you're a guy reading this, I'm telling you straight up: find a men's circle in your area. (Just do a search with ChatGPT).

If there are not, hit me up about starting one.

Ladies, same goes for women's circles.

You're about to find a piece of yourself you didn't know was MIA.

But here's where things get spicy...

This weekend at MANifest, I'm bringing some deep personal work I've been dodging like a bad Tinder date.

See, I recently caught myself red-handed in a 40-year-old pattern that's been kneecapping my success without me even realizing it.

And with some help from ChatGPT (yeah, AI called me out on my own BS), I've pinpointed the exact moment this wound started and how it's been puppeteering my life ever since.

The gory details of what I found? That's the grand finale of this newsletter.

Stick around, because this one's gonna sting.

Beyond The Matrix: Finally Live (And Getting Killer Feedback)

After spending what felt like a thousand hours perfecting every word, Beyond The Matrix is officially launched.

If you know, then you know

The feedback has been incredible so far.

“You nailed it, a lot of people feel the same way.”
“This speaks directly speaks to where I’m at.”
“The results your promising would definitely be worth it".

But here's what I learned building this thing: you can get completely lost in your own creation.

Thank goodness for my mastermind crew who kept me grounded and gave me the reality checks I needed. (I was all over the place)

Sometimes you need other eyes to see what you can't.

What makes this different?

It's not just another course. It's a complete operating system for becoming anti-fragile in this crazy world.

All the frameworks I've used to build a life of actual freedom, packaged up with AI allies that meet you exactly where you're at.

12 weeks. Live cohort. Mind-blowing experiences guaranteed.

Plus, I just locked in my first expert interview with Mark Passio next week. 🤯

This guy is a leading expert on natural law, and we're going deep for 30 minutes.

AI for Busy Parents: Because We're All Drowning

Speaking of launches, I just finished the landing page for AI for Busy Parents.

Look, I have a 7-year-old daughter, and I see other parents constantly comparing themselves to the Instagram "perfect parent" highlight reel.

My kiddo slinging cherries this weekend She made 35$!

Trying to parent can be exhausting.

I've been secretly using AI to save time, connect better with my kid, and avoid the overwhelm that comes with modern parenting.

The stuff I've learned and shared with other parents? Game-changing.

Starting in two weeks, I'm giving it all, so you can stop trying to be perfect and start being present.

Share it with someone who needs it.

The Pattern That Almost Killed My Vibe (Again)

Alright, time to get real with you for a hot minute.

I spotted something this week that's been tripping me up my entire damn life.

When my calendar goes empty or the bank account starts looking skinny, I nosedive into self-doubt faster than a lead balloon.

The mental story plays out like this: No one's hitting me up → Nobody needs what I've got → I'm completely worthless → Time to question my entire existence.

It's this ancient wound from getting booted at 16 that still tries to hijack the wheel sometimes.

But here's the breakthrough moment: I caught it happening live this week.

Instead of numbing out with a Netflix binge or spiraling into full-blown panic mode, I actually gave myself some attention and threw in some positive self-talk.

The emotional dip still happened, but it was way shorter and way less brutal.

Here's what ChatGPT helped me see:

This cycle hits extra hard because my whole sense of purpose revolves around being the guy who creates, activates, and gets stuff moving.

When my creation engine stalls, even for a hot second, I don't just question my strategy or approach.

I immediately question my worth as a human being.

My subconscious grabs onto quiet moments as rock-solid proof of rejection, abandonment, or being completely irrelevant.

Each lull in external validation sets off this hair-trigger alarm:

"No one's reaching out. Nobody needs me. I'm invisible. I'm worthless."

My energy crashes, and I spiral down fast, sometimes into total numbness or straight-up despair.

Historically, I've dealt with this by checking out completely, binge-watching movies, totally disengaging until the next wave of external validation inevitably shows up.

This gives me temporary relief but just reinforces the core belief that my emotional state and self-worth depend entirely on what's happening outside me instead of what's true inside me.

The Real Deal:

The deeper wound is still sitting there untouched, so every quiet period still carries this subtle emotional charge, this nagging whisper:

"Maybe the external validation won't come back this time. Maybe I really am irrelevant."

This underlying insecurity shapes how I show up energetically to people, accidentally creating this vibe of mild desperation or uncertainty.

Potential clients or collaborators feel my unspoken doubts and instinctively pull back, creating exactly the response I'm secretly terrified of.

That's what I'm dragging into this men's workshop.

The Inner Work

Time to find the roots of this pattern, yank them out by the stems, and hopefully make it so the next time my calendar is empty, I can just turn off the computer and go play with my daughter.

Wouldn't be such a terrible thing.

Today’s Takeaways:

  1. Connection Heals: Men's/women's work fills gaps you didn't know existed

  2. Launch and Learn: Sometimes you need other eyes to perfect your vision

  3. Pattern Recognition: Catching old wounds in real-time is the first step to healing.
