The Traditional Goal-Setting Process Is Dead

You know the drill:

How's that working out for everyone? (Spoiler: It's not.)

Here's Your New Game Plan

We're doing something different. Something that actually works.

Because you've already done the hard part - you've looked at what ACTUALLY happened in 2024.

Now we're gonna use that intel like the strategic genius you are.

Step 1: The Reality Check (5 mins)

Pull out yesterday's reflection (you did it, right?). Look at your ratings in each area:

  • Any 4s or below? Those need attention ASAP

  • 5-7? Room for improvement

  • 8+? How do we maintain that excellence?

Circle your three lowest scores. These aren't just numbers - they're opportunities waiting to happen.

Step 2: The Dream Screen (7 mins)

Quick! Don't think too hard:

December 2025 - Future You is looking back at an EPIC year. What's different?

  • Where are you living?

  • What's your daily routine?

  • Who are you spending time with?

  • What are you NOT doing anymore?

  • What's making you smile?

Write it all down. No filtering. No "but how?" Just pure, unfiltered dreaming.

Step 3: The Reality Bridge (8 mins)

Now for the juicy part. We're building a bridge between Now You and Future You.

For each of your circled areas from Step 1, ask:

  • What's ONE thing that would make the biggest difference?

  • What's the smallest first step you could take?

  • What's been stopping you? (Be honest, we're all friends here)
