911 Pregnant Sheep Call, and the AI System They Can't Hold Hostage

Your weekly dispatch from the watchtower and the village

Hey there Visionaries!

Got a 911 text from a mutual aid member this week.

Not a fire. Not a flood. A pregnant sheep, stopped eating, eyes closed, a little foam at the mouth. Temperature dropping. Not getting up.

So I dropped what I was doing (prepping for a live AI workshop, naturally) and ran over.

Why You Should Give All the Cares:

  • Mutual Aid in Action: What a real community emergency response looks like, sheep included

  • Your AI Memories Are Held Hostage: The workshop replay that fixes it, permanently

  • Extreme Self Ownership: This week's Beyond The Matrix topic, and why it changes everything

Sheep Down: A Mutual Aid Field Report

I've been helping rotate three pregnant sheep across pasture each week. They restore the field with their manure, rehabilitate the soil, and in a few weeks those lambs become part of our family's protein cycle.

That's the deal. You care for the land, the animals, the cycle. It cares for you back.

But this week, the oldest ewe went down hard. Low temperature. Not eating. Bad signs.

The owner didn't panic. She didn't just throw the question at ChatGPT either (smart move when the stakes are life and death). She worked her network, called other sheep owners in the area, cross-referenced what she was hearing, narrowed down the likely cause (pregnancy toxemia, if I'm remembering right), drove to the farm store for supplies, and a new neighbor down the street showed up with what else was needed.

We got the sheep into the barn, out of the rain, onto dry hay. Administered the medicine. Got her temperature back up.

And then the moment that lit us all up: we felt the baby move inside her belly.

Within a hour, her eyes opened. She started eating again.

She's been slowly recovering since. Fingers crossed for mama and baby both.

This is mutual aid. Not a concept. Not a theory. A group of people who know each other, problem-solving in real time, pooling skills and resources when something goes sideways. You don't need a committee. You need neighbors who pick up the phone.

The AI Memory System They Can't Hold Hostage (Workshop Replay)

While all that was happening, I was also finalizing my live AI Memory workshop.

Here's the backstory: I've been watching a problem get worse for months.

Every time you open a new AI session, you start from next to zero. "I run a business. My audience is X. My voice sounds like this." Over and over.

Try to export your data from ChatGPT? It takes three days and spits out a file that makes no sense unless you're a developer. Your "memories" are locked behind their system. Your context, your voice, your projects? Scattered across a platform you can't take with you to the next.

And it's not just ChatGPT. Evernote wants $250 a year to hold your notes. Notion stores your to-dos in their cloud. Every platform you trust with your information is one that can hold it ransom.

So I built a local, encrypted file system that lives on your machine. Works with any AI model. Best yet it auto-updates itself or free to maintain yourself.

And here's the part that still trips people out: I got the AI to build the system itself.

dozen people showed up and now better prepared for the future

The workshop went live, got the whole thing done in 60 minutes, answered questions for another 30, and packaged it into a step-by-step guidebook.

The replay is available now. $147. You watch it, follow along, and when you're done watching, the system is done and working.

You stop repeating yourself to AI. You stop paying note takers. You stop losing context every time you switch tools or devices.

One system. Your machine. Your data. Portable across any model or future model.

Beyond The Matrix: Extreme Self Ownership

We've got 50 people in Beyond The Matrix now.

This week's topic is a heavy one but mandatory.

After I got sober, I was in the grocery store having a full meltdown. Not because life was hard. Because I suddenly had to face something I'd been running from for a decade.

My thoughts were mine. My choices were mine. My mess was mine.

I couldn't blame my parents anymore. Couldn't blame the church that kicked me out at 16. Couldn't blame the system, the economy, or the substances.

And that realization didn't feel like freedom at first. It felt like the full weight of the world landing on my shoulders.

But something shifted. Every choice I made started building confidence. Every mistake became data instead of proof I was broken. Every win compounded.

The moment I stopped asking for permission and started taking full ownership, everything changed.

Most people never flip this switch. They spend their whole lives handing the steering wheel to someone else, parents, bosses, experts, "the system," and wondering why they feel stuck.

This week in BTM, we're digging into the one thing that changes everything: realizing you already own the most fundamental property there is. Your Self. Your thoughts. Your labor. Your results.

The only question is whether you'll actually claim them.

BTM is free right now. No cost to join. We do a live Q&A each week(Thursdays) to discuss what integration actually looks like in your real life.

Not theory. Not more information. Practice with a community.

Client Spotlight: 10 Minutes vs. Hours

Showed a client this week how to replicate hours of slideshow work in about 10 minutes.

She's a health coach who left the Western medicine system to help women with hormone education and body literacy. Important, sensitive work. She'd spent hours building a presentation on functional female reproductive health.

I walked her through how to build the same thing using AI tools, plus created an educational video using NotebookLM. Blew her mind.

She's now on the cutting edge of being able to educate people using tools that compress what used to take hours into minutes. That's what this work is really about: giving people the capability to do more of what matters to them.

Today’s Takeaways:

  1. Mutual aid is a verb: When a pregnant sheep goes down, you don't need a theory. You need neighbors who show up.

  2. Own your AI data: The workshop replay shows you how to build a portable memory system on your own machine. $147, done in 60 minutes. Get Access

  3. Extreme self ownership: The BTM topic this week. You already own the most fundamental property there is. The question is whether you'll claim it. Join BTM Free

That's the week. Sheep recovery, AI memory systems, and the one mindset shift that changes how you operate.

Now I want to hear from you.

Where are you actually at with extreme self ownership? Are you claiming it and building on it, or still catching yourself handing the wheel to someone else, a boss, a system, an old story?

Hit reply. One sentence is fine. I read every one.

Stay curious and keep it real,
